Capital Realty, Inc. was founded in 1995 by Garry E. Adams. Mr. Adams brings more than 25 years of successful and diversified experience in providing financial and real estate services for growth companies and individual clients. His efforts and leadership have produced more than 300 new locations for national retailers including Walgreens, Kinko’s, Eckerd Drug, Boston Market, Hardee’s and Aaron Brothers Art and Framing.

Meet The Founder

Garry E. Adams
President

Garry Adams has produced more than $700 million in development, acquisition and leasing activities with national and regional retailers. He currently directs all financial, development and leasing activities for Capital Realty, Inc. – a privately held real estate services firm.

We welcome opportunities to demonstrate how to increase cash flow and investment returns for all types of commercial real estate throughout the U.S. including build-to-suit development, brokerage, cost segregation and lease restructuring.

His extensive knowledge and experience in commercial real estate development has helped establish strong relationships with national retailers, key architects, developers, commercial real estate brokers, CPA’s and attorneys.

Mr. Adams oversees all aspects of the company’s financial and real estate services. During his career, Mr. Adams has served as Vice President of Real Estate and Construction for Aaron Brothers Art & Framing, National Director of Real Estate for Kinko’s, Inc., and Regional Director of Real Estate for Eckerd Corporation, as well as Director of Real Estate for Boston Market.

Mr. Adams is a graduate of The University of Alabama and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and a long standing member of International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). He also holds real estate brokerage licenses in California and Alabama. Garry is an accomplished public speaker on real estate matters.
